Recording
TimeTract records timesheets automatically, with minimum input from the user. Say a customer telephones - you click the clock, select the customer and you're off. Later on, you can add extra information (notes, activity details, billing information) at your leisure
Management
Once timesheets have been recorded, you use your browser to select and generate management reports, broken down by user, client, project, department - whatever you need. You can also create new users, customers, projects, and billing rates.
Billing
TimeTract stores full charging rates against each user and department. Customer billing information can be quickly and easily extracted, to cut down the time you spend in invoicing.
